Frigidaire is not a very user friendly company. This hood installation was first attempted on 2/7/22 at which time it appeared it the manual that a recirculation kit may or may not come with it because it said optional and still listed ™1™ like it had one in the parts. Called customer service and they said it did not come with the hood. Ordered the kit and it was over $80. I would have thought a kit would include the rest of what you need to install and if not the customer service rep should make the customer aware of anything else needed for installation. Received ™kit™ 2/11/22. Attempted install again today and the so called kit is one piece. Not sure how they can label that a kit. It now requires 2 charcoal filters that are over $80 a piece which is ridiculous! Oh and in case the lights go out they are the same price!

We bought a newly build home, that is less than two years old and, about the ending of April the Frigidaire Rang Hood just stopped working, I am disappointed at the out come. This item is nice looking, but did not last long at all. I don™™t know if it was defective or what, but that™™s not right that it will last less than two years.

I had a cheaper hood but I redid my kitchen I "upgraded" to this because I liked the style. Big mistake...it is so loud. I can't hear my timer go off when it's on. And all 3 settings sound the same. Very disappointed.
